Plant Physiology in Motion: Successful Filming of DISCO Interviews

June 9, 2017

As part of the project communication activities, DISCO is currently producing interview clips with members of the DISCO consortium expressing their views on the results and impact of the project. The interviews will be featured on the project website soon.

On 01 June 2017, the Eurice team in charge of communication and dissemination in DISCO, visited Professor Ralph Bock and his group at the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology (MPI) in Potsdam, Germany, to interview him and Shreya Agrawal who is involved as a PhD student in DISCO.

Ralph, director of the MPI in Potsdam, explained the role and tasks of his institution in DISCO highlighting results obtained since the start of the project in November 2013. As the training of Early Stage Researchers is an essential part of DISCO, Shreya explained how the involvement in the FP7-project helped to foster her training and career development.

On 13 June 2017, the Eurice team will visit DISCO coordinator Professor Paul Fraser and his lab at Royal Holloway University of London (RHUL) to conduct interviews with him and his group members.
